“Today, I received my acceptance offer to Texas Tech’s PA program located in Midland, TX. For those of you who don’t know, I applied to PA school 4 times and although I didn’t get in as soon as I would’ve liked, the idea of giving up never crossed my mind.
Each year, I was offered interviews and even waitlisted at a few programs, which proved to me that I was capable of getting accepted. On Monday 2/17 at my interview, I was told that the school received over 1800 applications and only 230 people were interviewed.
Out of the 230 interviewees, 60 students were accepted. I give all thanks to God! I would’ve given up if it wasn’t for Him! I also want to thank my husband Luis Rodaniche and parents, Amelia G Rios & Joseph Rios for believing in me and supporting me throughout this taxing 4-year journey.
I love y’all so so much! A huge thank you to LeAnn Cyr & Steven Cyr for helping me with my interviews (my weakness), shadowing and volunteer opportunities and personally investing in my future! And thank you to the rest of my family and friends who believed in me and encouraged me!”
“Having worked with Dr. Cyr and Mrs. Cyr for almost five years, I can confidently say their guidance regarding my academic and career choices have helped me achieve the goals I have set out for myself.
They have emboldened me to pursue my academic dreams and continuously reiterate the importance and freedom that comes with education. They truly encapsulate a power couple who are both extremely knowledgeable and qualified to assist growing students with their academic and career endeavors.
Without the encouragement, support, and advice that I’ve received from the Cyrs and OracLe College Consulting, there is no telling where I would be in my academic journey. As it stands, I am about to graduate with my bachelors degree and begin the application process to law school. Thank you Dr. and Mrs. Cyr for providing me with the tools needed to believe in myself and succeed in an academic setting! Your tools have been invaluable to my success in a University setting and I highly recommend these services to any serious student!”
“With the resumes and successes of both Dr. Steven Cyr and the stunning Mrs. LeAnn Cyr, you would think a little nobody like me wouldn’t have a chance of becoming well acquainted and mentored by both of these incredible individuals. With their help, I have been admitted to A&M, UT, and Baylor!
Dr. Cyr has not just allowed me into his prestigious and renowned Operating Room, but into his life as an authentic mentee. I didn’t just learn the ins and outs of spinal surgery, but I learned what it means to be a loving, selfless and cordial doctor. He has pushed my expectations for myself and ignited the determination I must have for the furtherment of my education. Furthermore, Dr. Cyr still found the time in his busy life of being one of the best spines surgeons in the nation to write me a letter of recommendation! I could not thank him enough for the advantages he has given me for my career!
However, we must not forget about his brilliant wife, Mrs. LeAnn Cyr. A woman that has been like a second mother to me. She has taught me grace and diligence and how a true woman should dress and hold herself, besides my own mother of course. She has the stature to take your breath away when you walk in the room with her wits and beauty, but her selflessness, her loving nature and constant desire to make you and the world around you a better place with also leave you speechless! Having her as my mentor elevated my presence in the room and especially during interviews.
It would be a grave mistake not to polish your academic career with their expertise!”
“I first met Dr. Cyr & Mrs. Cyr after I graduated high school, since then they have helped and guided me through my college experience and because of their help, support, guidance and love, I am a First Generation graduate. To many people that might not seem like a big deal, but if anyone has been raised in a family where education hasn’t been their foundation or a priority for having a better future, then you will know how hard and foreign things are when you are applying to schools and for scholarships and just anything in general regarding college… you are completely lost and don’t know where to begin because you have no help or guidance.
Mrs. Cyr has taught me a very important lesson in life: “in order to break the cycle you must do it through education.” Mrs. Cyr also taught me things that I would have never thought to learn such as how to start a business, marketing, accounting, how to talk to professionals and even interviewing. Mrs. Cyr has given me many reasons to be thankful to her every day and with all the opportunities she has given me, I decided to go back to school to pursue a different degree (BBA in Cyber Security) that I would have never thought of getting.
I am proud, blessed and thankful to where I am in life and I would have never thought I would be where I am right now. Thank you, Dr. Cyr and Mrs. Cyr for helping me through this journey… I don’t think I could ever express my gratitude for everything y’all have done for me.”
“Dr. Cyr and Mrs. Cyr have been such a blessing in my life. These two individuals have been so instrumental in my life and my career! Roughly 10 years ago, from the day that I met the Cyrs, they’ve guided and supported me, tremendously, at the start of my career as a Registered Nurse. I’ve had many conversations with them, regarding the advancement of my career, and with their guidance, I finished my Masters in Nursing; specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Not only did they guide and support my dreams, of advancing my educational path, but they also motivated me and gave me invaluable advice and insight on being entrepreneurial. Because of that, I have gone on to own my own Home Health Care company. I can honestly say that my mindset, on growth, development and entrepreneurship have truly been inspired and driven by my interactions with Dr. Cyr and Mrs. Cyr. Thank you both, so much, for everything you’ve done for me! Your mentorship, guidance and inspiration have really propelled me along in life! For that, I’ll forever be grateful.”
